Happy 3rd birthday to Ian!!

Today is Ian's 3rd birthday!!

I cannot believe 3 years have gone by. It has been amazing to me to watch him grow in these 3 fast years. I love him more and more everyday and thank God for him continuously...because I know he is a gift..."Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward." - Psalm 127:3.

Tonight, we took him to Monterrey's for dinner. After we were done eating, 3 of the waiters brought him a dessert and sang Happy Birthday in Spanish and then in English. It was so sweet!

Happy Birthday Ian! We love you very much and look forward to celebrating many more birthdays!!

Getting excited

We are getting so excited!! At this time, 2 weeks from today, we'll be in the air heading towards St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands!! I cannot wait!

I'm especially excited about checking off the 2nd item from
my snorkel bucket list
that CNN provided me last year...Buck Island!

We are taking this trip as a joint 30th celebration for me, as well as an opportunity for Jason to participate in the St. Croix Half Ironman.

I'm sure there will be lots of pictures and stories to tell upon our return!
