According to Ian, he gets it!
Let me explain!
There is an Apple game app that I downloaded to my iPad called Angry Birds. It is quite addicting and Ian, Jason, and I are all hooked. So, yesterday afternoon, Ian wanted to play. At the time, I was doing something else on my iPad and told him he could play when I was done with what I was doing. He didn't like the fact that I didn't hand it over right away. With a solemn look, he simply said, "when you die, that'll be mine." (talking about the iPad) What?!
Come to find out, Jason's dad had told Ian earlier that day that there were some things that Ian could have when Papa went on to be with the Lord.
It was just so out of the blue! At first, I was like, well, Ian that was kind of morbid! But now, I think it's funny. What 3 year old thinks like that?

Julie, let's get together and write a book of Ianisms and Kessieisms. We'd be millionaires...we'll write it on your ipad!
Loving some Papa love... Kids are hilarious. I have said that if I wrote a book each year of things that my kids said in our classroom I would be able to quit teaching. Kids are HILARIOUS!
