Ian is usually the one to say the blessing before we eat. He prays the SWEETEST prayers. They can last awhile, but to hear him talk to our Heavenly Father and to know that God hears his prayers, is the GREATEST! I think one of his prayers at my grandmothers house lasted 15 minutes...and I am not exaggerating.
One of the best things about Ian's prayers, in addition to the sincerity of them, is how he ends them. Instead of "in your name/in Jesus name, we pray, amen", Ian says, "and we know your name, amen." I love it!
Here is Ian praying the other night before dinner...thanking God for food, boys, girls, boys bathrooms, girl bathrooms, for coming into our hearts, and for brothers and sisters!
