On Saturday November 19th, I was taking Ian to a birthday party for Phillip Rollins, when the Trans-siberian Orchestra came on the radio. So, I updated my FB status with this:
Fast forward to Thursday, Thanksgiving Day. We had just gotten home from the Turkey Day 8K and I was sitting in my den watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and looking at FB, when I saw the following status update from Magic 98.9:
I decided to answer (after googling the answer!). I was actually the first person to answer. However, since they said that they would randomly select a winner, I NEVER thought I would actually win. After all, 181 people answered!
Well, Friday morning, we were taking it easy before going to get our Christmas tree and finishing up decorating for Christmas and I was scrolling through my FB as I normally do, when I saw this:
I couldn't believe it. I just hollered out, "Oh my goodness!!!!" Jason said, "What?" I said, "I just won tickets to see TSO on December 3rd!!" He said, "How?" I told him that I answered a question on FB from 98.9 and was selected as the winner! I am SOOOOOOOO excited! I knew I was going to see them ONE YEAR as my first status above said...I just didn't know it was going to be THIS YEAR!
