Holly Banke, a friend from church, offered to babysit tonight. She has actually been wanting to babysit Ian for awhile now...but we finally set a date. So, we took Ian over to her house tonight around 6. Then, Jason and I were off for a date night. We drove over to Greenville to the Melting Pot. It was real nice, except for the wreck that happened a few cars back from us, on the way over. It was one of those times when traffic backed up and came to stop really fast. Well, a car about 3 cars behind us obviously didn't realize traffic was stopped because they nailed the people in front of them. I heard the tires squeal and Jason saw them actually hit in his rearview mirror. Thank goodness it wasn't us!
Anyways...the melting pot was good. A little overpriced we think...but it was fun and different than what we usually do. We had a good time.
Finally, we picked Ian back up around 8. Holly said that he did well...and that they had fun. Her 5 year old daughter, Anna, just loves Ian...and was so excited that he was coming over. I thought it was very sweet of Holly to offer to do that for us.
No exercise today. Hope to get some in tomorrow. It might be kind of hard though because Jason is leaving in the morning to go to Chicago for work...but I'm going to try. He'll be back late Friday. I always hate when he goes off. I'm just glad it's not last week...or I would be fighting the lice by myself!! ;)
