from sitting all day. I sat in class all day and then I sat at church tonight.
However...even though P90X is over...I did the Ab Ripper video tonight between getting off work and going to church. Man, I actually like doing this video now. It doesn't seem as tough now as it did the first few times I did it. I actually have more control of the moves now and can actually target the specific abdominal muscles each excercise is geared towards.
Tomorrow, I am going to go running after work. I'm going to try to run 3.2 miles...the distance I am going to have to go Saturday during the last leg of the triathlon (wish me luck). However...if for some reason, I can't make it...that's ok...I'm going to do the best I can.
Getting excited about my first triathlon...3 days to go!
