Ian moves up to the "older" one year old class tomorrow. With this move comes 2 changes:
1.) Pacifier only during nap time
2.) They do not heat food in this room
I don't mind change #1...but change #2 bothers me some. I bought a thermos yesterday so that I can send hot things a couple of times a week.
Other than that, it shouldn't be a big deal.
I did buy him a lunch box and a new mat to sleep on:

Those are adorable!
I used to work at a daycare as a "floater" so I was in every room there. We had microwaves in the baby and toddler rooms all the way up to the 3 year old class. They also had a catered hot lunch if you chose for your child instead. Thank goodness my kids don't have to go to a daycare around here because I think I'd be upset with how different things are done here instead of atlanta!!
I hope tomorrow is a smooth transition for him!
Because I don't do daycare I'm asking out of curiosity. What kinds of foods do you send him for lunch? How did he do when he initially transitioned from crib to mat? Where did you get the adorable mat and lunchbox? I'm just being nosy!
oh, and do you have to provide a mat?
Cuuuute! Kaelyn has a Stephen Joseph lunchbox too! We love it!
