Shagging

Jason and I asked my cousin Leah to babysit for us last night...and we had a date night!

We went to Capri's and then headed downtown for FREE Shag lessons at the Marriott. There were a ton of people there...but we had a BLAST! Jason and I have always done our own version of the shag and actually knew the basic step...but it was nice to learn some new moves!

Anyways...this couple, that are members of the R&B Shag Club hosting the event, took us under their wings and showed us several new moves. They were very nice and we learned a lot from them!

We danced and danced...so much fun! We had so much fun that we picked up their schedule and are planning on joining the Shag Club for some more dancing another night!!
