This is a quick little story...but it's too cute not to share it. We've been trying to teach Ian John 3:16. So, Saturday, I was having him repeat after me...Me: "For God so loved the world"...Ian: "For God so loved the world"....Me: "that He gave"...Ian: "sumpin" (something). LOL I laughed so hard. So, he doesn't have it down completely...but he's getting there.
Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it".
He is so stinkin cute right now. He still has trouble with the TH sound...so he says birfday, free (three), sumpin or sumfing (something), fum (thumb), firty (thirty). Funny thing though, he can say the word THAT just fine.
Another thing we've been trying to teach him is our address. Well, tonight, out of nowhere, he comes flying into our bathroom and shouts out our address...number, street, city and all. I was so proud of him!
He is such a blessing. I am so THANKFUL for him!

Isn't it amazing how fast they pick up on things? While it is hard for me to remember what I wore yesterday, Tanner remembers things from when he was 2 years old...AMAZING!
