1 closing down...1 to go

Today, Jason and I closed on the refinancing of the house we are in right now. It feels good to have such a lower rate...but you just feel like you're signing your life away.

I am very excited about closing on our new house and moving in sometime in January...but I'm a little sad about moving out of the house we're in now. This house was the our first house...and the place where we had our first child. So, this house means a lot to us.

However, as I mentioned, we are excited about our new house and a little more room it will bring.
