Did I mention how bad I feel?

OK...so today was a very bad day. First of all, it was a very bad night. I woke up at 12:30AM and 2:30AM and again at 4AM...with my left eye completely stuck. I ran a wash cloth under hot water and wiped my eye until I could open it. When I finally got up this morning, I looked like someone had punched me in the face. Jason made fun of me saying I looked like an evil character in a cartoon where one side of their face is normal and the other one is disfigured. As not funny as I thought that was, I kind of agree.

It has been rough, I took my antibotic this morning. The rest of the day was a combo of advil, nasal spray, and sleep.

Needless to say, I did not work. I'm not sure about tomorrow either. If I feel anything like I did today, I will not be going. Besides, I'm sure they are thankful I am not sharing this with them.

As for the triathlon swim training that I was supposed to do today, it did not happen.

I have no energy and feel like I am just going to make things worse if I try to push myself. As I mentioned though, any videos I miss, I will make up...and hopefully that won't be many.
