Red, White, and Boom

We went tonight to Red, White, and Boom at Barnet Park in downtown Spartanburg. It was nice to relax and unwind after such a busy busy day. I had very little down time today. Ian was a little scared of the fireworks...but that's understandable at his age. He calmed down some towards the end...but he kept wanting me and then wanting Jason and then wanting my uncle Joey and then Nick and then my mom...I guess he thought he could eventually get away from the fireworks. Oh well, maybe he'll like them better next Friday night when we go to Union for the fireworks down there! He did enjoy the music! Although this clip was taken with Jason's cell phone and not the best quality...you can still see he was having fun dancing:

Tomorrow Jason and I are leaving for Charleston. We're going to stay in a bed and breakfast in Mt. Pleasant for 2 nights for our anniversary. It should be fun! It's got a king size bed and whirlpool tub!! It's crazy that we've been married 6 years. Time sure does fly by! My parents are going to keep Ian tomorrow night and Jason's parent's are going to keep him Sunday night.
